Daniel Chiz

Vice President/COO

Our Founder

Daniel, the Vice President and Founder of TelcoConnect, started in the telecommunications industry in 1980. In 1993, with determination and an overwhelming amount of knowledge, Daniel started his own company- a company that has grown into what TelcoConnect is today.

Daniel has sustained and completed contracts across the United States and Puerto Rico with flawless precision that sets TelcoConnect apart from the rest of the industry. TelcoConnect has proudly contracted and worked with PAR Electrical Contractors, M.J. Electric LLC., Sumpter Utilities, Fiber Technologies Inc., Blue Stream Professional Services Inc., N.X. Utilities Inc., and most recently Google Fiber.

Our Team

TelcoConnect has built its foundation on solid ground using nothing but the best when it comes to its company makeup. Our team is specially trained and equipped to build, analyze, diagnose, service, and maintain any fiber optic telecommunication need, through continuing our education and a strong knowledge base.

Our team is also mobile and ready for any opportunity, making us indescribably the leader in fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing. In this industry, mobility is a part of the key makeup to a successful operation in which we strive to give our clients. This creates an equally yoked business relationship that drives TelcoConnect to achieve the impossible on a daily basis.

Eric Chiz

Field Operations GM

Eric is a Graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, completing a bachelors of Science in Geomatics. After multiple summer internships with Fiber Splicing Company’s and Civil Engineering firms, Eric held a Surveying Technician position with Stewart Engineering in Charlotte North Carolina, One of the most prestigious Civil Engineering firms in the State. Eric Joined TelcoConnect in 2013 to assist with the Day to day operations. Eric brings an abundance of knowledge in the Engineering and Fiber industry.

Jason Plyler

Sr. Admin. Associate

Jason is a graduate of Pfeiffer University in North Carolina, completing an Associates of Applied Science in Accounting and also a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Prior to joining the TelcoConnect team, Jason held positions in Finance and Property Management at Non-Profit organizations including UMAR, Monarch, and The Arc of North Carolina for over 5 years. He is a prodigious asset to our team with his education, dedication, and outstanding work ethic.
